After reading many of the reviews, I had a flash of regret having ordered the refurbished desktop. After 2 days of eager waiting, this was delivered and it left me beaming with satisfaction and relief to find a sealed (that's right sealed) desktop looking barely used and unrecognizable microscopic scratches and strangely
smelling new. It was packed with a pretty cool balloon pack. The sellers name is "Microbee" and they are Microsoft certified refurbished. They also added in a brand new keyboard and mouse (although I plan to use my existing Logitech keyboard which I'm so used to). I plugged it in and Windows 10 professional setup almost instantly after I keyed in the product key. To my surprise Microsoft office was pre-Installed, I already have an Office 365 account and I could login and access all my old files from the cloud account. The only things I had to purchase extra were an USB WiFi adapter (5Ghz works on USB 3.0) and a DisplayPort to HDMI cable. Now it's all set and I'm so happy I bought a refurbished desktop. I'm proud that I did my bit to the environment.

Good affordable gaming option
For the price I’m surprised and extremely satisfied with what I got, this is a steal, the intel i5 had graphics, and windows 10 experience were meant for each other, switching from a windows 7 dell to this is amazing, i was able to plug in a play games on steam with my PS4 controller, and I can use my drawing tablet for art applications, and watch YouTube Hulu and Netflix, browse the web, run vpn, it even came with a WiFi, good buy
Absolute beast, for a budget anyway.
My unit has a manufactor date of April 2013, came with the 8gb of ram as expected and the Intel integrated VGA graphics. "Stock" (What youre going to get out of the box) It ran BeamNG Drive on medium settings, GTA iV on low (With some expected lag) And lfd2 on medium. Fortnite on Low with lag for those who are wondering. I put a EVGA SuperClocked 1050 Ti in it after "Remodeling" The back of the case with a hack saw. Afterwords, it ran everthing wonderfully, getting better preformence all around, especially with the addition of the HDMI port from the Graphics Card. All and all, if youre a gamer on a budget as i am, or a beginner looking to get started, this is a great computer, Just remember you get what you pay for, which in this case, is a good deal. Would recommend.
Great product for the price!!!
I was a little skeptical of buying a refurbished computer, but boy was I wrong. I immediately checked the inside of the case and everything was clean and there wasn't any sign of wear on the components. The only cosmetic issue was a few light scratches on the case, which is to be expected since it is not brand new. This computer performs exactly as I expected. I replaced a 10 yr old computer with this and couldn't be happier. For less than 200 dollars it was a steal. Not a gaming computer but it works great for watching digital movies and TV shows. I also use it for video editing and it works great. One of my favorite things about this computer is its low profile and it runs very quiet. It's also very easy to set up for someone who is not very computer savvy. So far it's been almost 5 months and going strong with no issues. I would definitely recommend buying this refurbished one over a new one with the same specs.
Small business deal of the year!
Just what I wanted. Get a cheap usb2.0 802.11ac adapter and you are set. For tital cost less than 200 will perform wonderfully in a productivity setting. The i5 processor and 4x2gb ddr3 could be paired with a ssd and a low profile graphics card for hdmi or even medium duty gaming. This is not my purpose. My only complaint is with refurbers in general. Id really prefer to power on to a setup screen rather than an owner account be setup prior to arrival and boot to desktop. My recommendation to anyone buying one is to immediately reset windows. This takes several hours but its worth it for a clean hdd. Not that I think a refurbisher would install malware or a keylogger but better safe than sorry and I trust no one but me with my cyber security in my office!
Great price and work perfectly.
Got one for my wife, she was complaining the old one I built for her was too slow. Bought this and put a 256 SSD in it and it rips. Super fast. She has had it over a year now and it is still working great. I used the 500 gig hard drive as her back-up. I then bought a second one to replace my grand son's old PC cause he needed it for homework. Didn't put an SSD in it, but with the hard drive it came with I was surprised how fast it was. He loves it.
The first one I bought got a small dent in the corner from shipping. Company was great to work with and gave me a small credit. Great company, very responsive and easy to work with.
It works like it is brand new
Ordered Sunday 09/24/17. This item arrived on 9/26/17 with free shipping. The computer looks brand new. It works like it is brand new. The item was easy to set up. It runs very quietly. Everything is as advertised. The price of &182.00 is well worth it. I purchased a four year warranty from 4 square. The only problem with that I believe they will only repair up to what you paid for the computer for a standard contract. The price of the contract was only around 23.00 with the tax. I wonder if they would send you a new refurbished computer of the same specifications. Well all in all it was a great product. And the package came very well packed, very
Excellent Deal
I'm very happy with this purchase. Setup took under 1 hour even with a separate new monitor (I should have bought them together to get the $20 Amazon discount). And I was watching the winter Olympics during setup... We considered a Chrome Book, which I think is a good solution if you want a laptop, but my wife said that she would never move it off of her home office desk. This provided a LOT more computing power and storage per $ (I'd already ordered a monitor). Two things to consider: 1 - It doesn't come with Office software. We bought Home and Student from Amazon (cheaper than getting it from MS), and we only needed 1 computer, so 365 was a more expensive rental than just buying it. 2 - It's designed to sit flat with rubber coasters. It works fine set on end as shown in the photo, but it was a little too deep for my wife's shallow desk when set flat, so we put it on the floor. In that orientation the CD/DVD drive is vertical. That's no big problem IMO, but some people may not like that. Performance has been excellent.
