So the reviews made me EXTREMELY nervous but The price was too good to pass up. I received and installed it today and everything is good so far. I’m using it for school and my work from home job and it meets all my work performance needed. Items look in good condition and they are all DELL products (
mouse, monitor, etc). Had all pieces and it was super easy like 5-10 minutes to set up and I am by far not a techy person. Only hiccup is I thought I had a faulty mouse because the pointer thing wouldn’t move but it worked once I finished setup. (I used the tab and enter key to complete setup without my mouse functioning) Overall I am pleased and I will update if an issue occurs

BEWARE: read the description carefully - it states monitors vary - it is not exactly as the picture shows - Mine arrived with an HP monitor. There are some visible wear and tear, however, everything seems to function perfectly - so I am well pleased, especially with it being certified refurbished.
I wanted to add wi-fi on this computer, so I bought a simple wi-fi USB plug in that I plugged into the back of the computer - cost was around $10 and now it has wi-fi capability. Using this computer for our malting business, as we didn't need anything fancy!

A great computer for a great price
I bought this for my husband so he could have his own computer after retirement and stop using mine. The price was great and we've had no problems. Set up was easy (I did it) and now we don't have to share computer time. I did have to purchase a wireless adapter and I chose to purchase the 3 year protection plan. Altogether the total price was much less than I could have found anywhere for a comparable quality. We're happy.
Excellent so far
Arrived two and half weeks ahead of schedule, and was well packaged. Within 30 minutes computer was up and running. Monitor, keyboard and mouse appear to be brand new. The only thing we've found wrong is a tiny foot missing from the bottom of the computer housing which made it rock a little bit. A tiny piece of folded paper taped to the bottom fixed this right up. Did not include Microsoft Office. For the price we paid for this system, we are very pleased as long as it continues performing like it has so far. Would absolutely order from this company again.
Extended Coverage Is a Rip Off
I bought this for my mother and included the extended coverage so we wouldn't have to stress over her having a computer for three years. This seemed like a great deal even with the cost of the coverage. It worked for almost a year, but now is won't boot. I've tried to work with the coverage, Square Deal, an Allstate Company, but they've found various ways not to deal with me, exploiting the distance between me and the computer. I was just on their web site and got an error that their system was down due to COVID-19. I work in IT and manage large Enterprise Environments. I can think of no legitimate reason that their system should be down or degraded because of a Human virus.
More Bang for Your Buck
I came to my sons house for the summer. His wife had one 3 year old at the time and was pregnant while going to college and working full time as a correctional officer. Her computer was dinosaur slow. I just could not stand by and watch her struggle to manage her busy life and wait for a computer to take 5 minutes to load a page. First, I was very concerned about any computer that costs less than 200. A Dell pc of this quality is worth about twelve hundred. I purchased a 10 dollar wifi card and set the pc up. I could not believe my eyes or luck at the absolute quality of this computer it looks and acts brand new. I am impressed and was driven to tears at the time this computer is saving her. It moves like a hot knife through butter and her school work is done 5 times faster. She is now the proud mom of her 3 year old son and a brand new baby girl and she is holding it together like a pro and keeping up with school work. I am so glad to have had a small hand in making her life easier and I thank the seller for this product knowing it was Amazon certified refurbished made me purchase it and the Amazon customer guarantee made is easy to purchase. I did not expect what I got. I expected an updated archaic tower but was presently surprised to find a nice current tower with updated everything that is top of the line.
Good computer, reasonably priced.
Needed to replace a nearly 15 year old Windows XP desktop with something a little newer. Couldn't afford a brand new one, so I opted for a refurbished one. I've had this desktop for several months now, and so far, I have been pleased with my purchase. The price I paid for it was reasonable, and for a refurb, it was in pretty good condition when it arrived. I like the size of the flat screen monitor that it came with, and that it was a Dell monitor! The CPU is smaller than my old one, so it doesn't take up as much space, and it has more USB plug-in's than my old one did. Also liked that it came with software already loaded, so I can use it right away. The instructions that came with it were very easy to understand and follow; I had it set up and running in less than an hour. The keyboard and mouse that came with it are OK, but I will probably replace both with cordless ones. Also will get a Windows 10 for Dummies book so I can learn more about what I can do with it. Overall, I am happy with my purchase from JSM Computers, and if I decide to replace my Windows 7 laptop, I'll check them out again.

These desktops are refurbished so it's not the computer that's the problem I love my optiplex paid $240 for it and couldn't have been happier. The monitor may be different than the computer brand just started using even though there is a little stutter and it is a little slow I love this machine. If you think about it computers and cell phones are a crap shoot now but JSM Computers hit the ball outta the park with my unit. The only thing I needed was a wireless dongle for the wifi setup. Very happy with my purchase it's lasted quite a while
