I have used this computer for about 10 days now and I am very happy with it. It is much faster, especially on shutting down, than my old Win 7 computer. I'm not a gamer, so I don't know how it would work for that. This machine is just fine for what I usually do; email, surfing, documents, photos and other routine things. I
had planned to buy and add an 8GB RAM stick, but read that going from 8 to 16GB doesn't make much difference. Since I am happy as it is, unless I find a reason, I won't be adding RAM.

This is a very good computer at a very reasonable price, and I recommend it.
Good purchase
Only complaint on the computer itself is the vga cable only had one end that I could use as the other end just would not screw into either the monitor or tower. Used the HMDI cable I had purchased, just in case, and that worked. Tech support 3 stars because of the language barrier. So many of these people speak English but not English as most of us know. it.
I would buy this computer and monitor again.
Good value for the money, standard medium performance desktop.
Good computer, bought it for my mother who is mostly browsing online and spends countless hours on YouTube, PInterest, shops online, listens to music on her multimedia speakers... Etc... I hooked up to 2x 24 inch monitors to it as she had it with her last setup.... This was an upgrade from a 4 yr old computer... It's a basic desktop that will perform well with no lag, has a solid state drive which further improves read/write speeds and allows it to boot much faster. If you're a gamer and need high end graphics card with lots of virtual memory (video ram) in order to max-out all your graphics settings, this may not be the computer for you.. Although you could easily play many games on it based on the performance of the latest generation Core i3 (which is similar to the performance of a Core i7 from a few years ago) paired with an SSD and 8GB DDR4 RAM... It is a great PC for the price.
Best purchase I've made in awhile!
This system is lightning fast and solid. It is Windows 10, so it comes with bloatware. I recommend CCleaner by Piriform for uninstalling. It can get rid of things that Control Panel won't. This system can support 3 monitors effortlessly (2 HDMI, one VGA). It also includes a USB 3.1 Gen 2 as well as USB 3.1 Type C Gen 2 so you can transfer data from your phone amazingly fast! I haven't found anything that's a challenge for it. I write so I have MS Word and multiple browser windows open, including streaming video. I use wireless keyboard/mouse, though it has Bluetooth so those are an option. It never hesitates or glitches with anything. I don't game and never need tech support so I didn't rate them. I highly recommend this computer.
Lightning fast
The solid state drive is worth the money. I always kept my previous desktop in sleep mode when not using it because it took so long to start it up if I shut it down. This SSD drive boots extremely fast. My only negative is that there was no installation quick start guide enclosed with the computer. I had to go online, do a search. I found a youtube video that stepped me through it. It was very simple to install, but a quick start guide would have been appreciated.
FAST LOADING COMPUTER
Been just over 3 months so far with the TC-885-UA91 and no problems at all. Ungraded from Windows 7 and first thing I noticed was how fast it loaded up because of the Solid State Hard Drive. Computer not meant to be a gamer computer and if one took the time to read everything about this computer it clearly states it is not a gamer. The size is perfect for my computer desk. Just perfect for one who wants it for keeping records, paying bills, emailing, keeping photo's, etc.
