I bought this for my son for his 11th birthday. He's not a hardcore gamer but he does like online games and Minecraft. This pc is perfect for that! Easy set up right out of the box. We were able to get him up and running in a matter of a few minutes (as long as it takes to set up a wifi connection and a Microsoft account).
Had a few snags with getting his headset to work and the screen turned off a couple of times for no reason, but hasn't done it since then. For a home desktop this computer works phenomenally. I would definitely recommend it and have to quite a few friends and family members. It's quick to upload, play online games and surfing the Internet. A+

For quite some time now, I have preferred refurbished computer equipment over new. After having worn the Evolving Technology hat for over 20 years while in the employ of an international non-profit organization, I believe adherence to world-class computing is the most effective way to be sure from beginning to end of the quality and reliability of the end-product. The HP stable of computing equipment has been known for decades to possess those qualities, and this little box is right on target for it's use in my home for my downstairs projector-based entertainment center. No complaints so far, but lots of self-congratulory enjoyment.
Would highly recommend
I purchased this computer several months ago and was waiting to write a review to make sure it would work out. I have been very pleased with this purchase. It was a cinch to set up and all components seem to be made well, even the keyboard which I figured I would need to replace. The price was outstanding and I was able to get better features than I thought possible. I do quite a bit of photography and photo editing. No problem. Programs and files load quickly. No cons.
Great Deal
I prefer an HP machine so when I needed a new desktop I knew what to look for. I was hesitant to buy a refurbish unit but I didn't want to spend a ton of money. I like to play a few games and look up the news and ball scores so I didn't need anything expensive. This package fit the bill. I added the extended warranty so I feel good about it in case something would go wrong. It didn't come with the monitor that was pictured (got a Dell) and my wireless mouse will not work with the machine. Other than that all seems to be fine. I did have a question and the seller answered very quickly. All said I am very happy with the purchase. With the amount of hard drive this machine should last me for many years.
Great all around
Have to admit I am pleasantly surprised. I was concerned about the refurbished computer from reading all the reviews but it arrived in great shape and is working fantastically! Was easy to set up and get running. The only issue I had was the Wi-fi. I did not see the adapter enclosed in the packaging to use WiFi. Once I found it was good to go. Very happy with this price and product
Better than expected!
The unit came well padded and took a while to cut it free. It is clean and in very good shape. It booted right up and windows was installed correctly. It came with a new keyboard and mouse but are very low quality. The keyboard is not a "windows" keyboard with the windows key! I would have paid extra for an upgrade. I thought they forgot the WiFi adapter but in looking through the leftover packaging I found it stuck in the tape. It came with new power and monitor cables.
Worst package of computer
This was the worst product I ever purchased.. the computer came in four diff pieces.. the monitor was a diff name brand.. the keyboard and the mouse was another name brand.. the hard drive was a Dell.. I never seen such MESS.. I return the so called computer the next day

I bought this PC for my 18 year old grandson for a variety of reasons. During this COVID-19 pandemic, he had to take online classes at home. He will be going in to 12th grade.
