This is an amazing productivity machine and general use PC. It has a lot of bang for the buck. This is obviously not a gaming a machine and isn't marketed as such. I'm sure you could do it with an added video card and upgraded power supply. I've got no con's but I love the following:

Great for home office
I absolutely love this computer. SSD is the only way to go. I mostly use it for home office. Here are some of the main things I noticed:
- Boot up time is about 15 seconds thanks to the SSD. Windows 10 is finally seems like a decent OS!
- It has an old fashion VGA port and 2 HDMI ports for video. Newer monitors seem to be going to HDMI. My monitor was flashing on and off at first, so I switched HDMI ports, and it has been fine ever since.
- The included keyboard is the low travel laptop style. Some people complain about it, but I actually prefer it. I am able to type faster with less errors. You can always switch keyboards if you do not like it.
- Windows 10 forces you to log on to a Microsoft account to set it up, but you can switch back to a local account later.
- It comes with Norton, which can easily be uninstalled because the Windows 10 anti virus is fine. Other than that, there is very little junk software.
- The exact same configuration on other brands seems will cost significantly more. I do not know how Acer is able to offer a large SSD at such a good price.
2x 6gb sticks of ram. Not one 12gb stick as on some previous models I saw.
The "512gb ssd"is actually an m.2 nvme which is blazing fast.
The case is nice and easily accessible,so if you need to change anything or upgrade anything on the board, two screws get you into the case and everything is super easy access on the motherboard.
My unit came with an extra SATA cable just loosely thrown in the box. Not sure what that's about. And it also came with a wired mouse and keyboard, which aren't winning any awards but are more than sufficient for use. I already had a display and peripherals so I haven't even taken them out of the plastic, but this just adds to the value of this machine in my opinion. WOULD NOT HESITATE TO BUY AGAIN!
Very happy here
Super fast, smooth, extremely quiet!
My old HP Pavilion after 11 years was getting a bit annoying. After I cleaned the fan from the Nvidia graphic card, the pc got back working fine. But I decided for an update, and this is a great pc and not crazy expensive. It’s worth.
ACER ASPIRE TC...... A GREAT PURCHASE FOR ME!!!!!
For those who want to really know what you need to do with this great value for gaming is get yourself the optane memory 16gig, a 500 w power supply, a extra fan, and carefully order your hdd here cause the one they supply is m.2 500+ gig with windows which is really fast, and standard hdd will be very tight within the case. It is a nice value if your just multi tasking, so do your research. I am very happy with this purchase, and thank Amazon for making things easy to buy and use without worry!!!!!!!
Acer Aspire PC
I had an HP all in one computer that died on me crashed at least 5 times. My HP was sent back to the factory twice I downloaded discs to restore it once and was on the phone with tech support for help with it several times. I purchased this Acer PC and had never bought this brand previously but read about it online. I looked up the information and decided this was the PC I needed for small business and personal functions. I have used it for a couple of weeks now and it is performing great. So far I am loving this PC.
Great Home Computer
Acer Aspire TC-885-UA92 Desktop, 9th Gen Intel Core i5-9400, 12GB DDR4, 512GB SSD
Boots up fast, ready to go. My wife uses this for email, Microsoft Word & Excel, and Internet. Videos from website run smoothly, no buffering or waiting for the video to load. We don't do any gaming, so we can't provide any feedback there. We would not hesitate to purchase another.
Wow ! I actually like this more than my XP !
I put off leaving the XP platform as long as I could. I really loved XP (RIP)
But I have to say this machine rocks. The ssd is quick, really quick. Windows 10 is slick - easy to get used to.
Goodbye XP my old friend. I did install a VM so I can still run XP programs if I need to. I will say the Mail program on windows 10 sucks. really bare bones. lost a lot of features there. All in all I'm going to like this
Best computer I ever owned !!!!
I have been a Windows 7 person for the last 7 years, not knowing what I was missing, and afraid to go to Windows 10, thinking it would be a great challenge, so wrong. This Acer Computer made it so simple, especially with 24-7 live telephone support, and Amazon Support, and speed is out of this world.
I'm really happy with this purchased from Amazon, and the payments arrangement couldn't beat it with a stick, Thanks again Amazon
