It’s refurbished, so don’t expect a new looking computer. The monitor stand has some scratches on it, but I’m not complaining. I’m a digital media student, & I used up my money on a MacBook because my professor recommended the laptop for editing. Fast forward to 1.5 years, I soon realized that I needed both windows and apple to excel in my major. I didn’t have much money since I spent 1k on a laptop, so I saw this baby on amazon. I decided to buy it & I don’t regret it. Only downside to this is that the tower makes a lot of noises... it may be the fan. Overall, it’s a good buy. I would rather spend $265 on everything than go to bestbuy, and waste $399 on the computer but without the monitor.

This is early on, we have only had the computer set and ready for a week or so. So far I am impressed, it's just as described with very minor cosmetic marks which is expected with refurbished. It runs really well and feels just like new, better than expected. I bought this for my dad for Fathers Day and it definitely is good enough for what he does on the computer.
I'll update months down the line with any cons that may arise but so far so good.
Edit 10-24-18: It's still running very well, the only issue we've had is the ethernet port died on us and sadly this model only has one port. The solution was simple enough though, I just bought a wifi adapter. Still my father is enjoying the computer and it works well for his needs.

The computer looks almost new. Every time I turn it off and turn it back on, I get an error message saying that it’s missing a driver and can’t properly load. You would think that the quality control department would have caught that. The seller did help resolve the issue and when those actions failed, quickly issued free return shipping information. The replacement had some cosmetic issues, but works fine.

We were very pleased with the looks of this computer, as well as how it operates. It’s refurbished so we were a little worried, but it runs like new! The packaging was great, and there was plenty of communication from the seller about delivery and set-up. We would very definitely order a computer like this again.
Exactly what I wanted
I bought this in the hopes of playing classic world of Warcraft as cheaply as possible to be honest (I was told a potato could run it so I figured I had a shot with this). Computer came with everything listed other than the mouse (which may have hurt my rating if I wasn’t already planning on using my own). It is pretty dinged up cosmetically but I was expecting that and didn’t mind. The monitor is great and everything worked smoothly in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately it couldn’t handle the game, so I emailed tech support and asked if I could send back the tower for something more powerful and just pay the difference. I was expecting them to say yes, but that they would recommend something way out of my price range. Instead, over the course of several promptly responded to emails, Brian from their customer service recommended I get a cheap graphics card and even sent me links to possible options and YouTube videos on how to install it. In other words, instead of taking my money he helped me like he knew who I was. Thanks again Brian! 50 bucks later and the game runs perfectly. I’m sure the computer isn’t perfect for everyone, and of course it’s going to have a few dings, but it was exactly what I was hoping for and the costumer service was fantastic.
Great computer and customer service from JSM Computers
I bought this from JSM Computers and am satisfied with my purchase the computer works great it is really fast compared to my old one! The monitor that came with it was very dim and I couldn't get it to brighten no matter what I did. I emailed JSM and they contacted me right away and sent a replacement monitor. I did not even have to return the defective one! They also included extremely good set up instructions and gave me a Bluetooth dongle and a wireless usb for free!
Economical extra computer
I first received the wrong item but it was quickly replaced. Any problems I had were quickly taken care of by an outstanding Customer Service. I bought it as a spare to just do a few things when my main computer was in use and not specifically for gaming so I didn't rate the gaming feature. I am not disappointed. If I look again for a economically priced extra computer, I am definitely going back here to Rounded Sam.

Excellent for me. I go on the internet to look things up, I buy things online and that is about it. It comes with Microsoft programs to write letters, make lists ( like my medication list ) and more.
Mine came with a large monitor and new keyboard and mouse all for around $150.00 Well worth it. I did not rate tech support as I have not needed any so far, easy to hook up and use without help (and I am not great with setting up new electronics). Also did not rate gaming as it will never be used for that.
