I bought this to upgrade my computing at the end of Windows 7 support by Microsoft. No regrets whatsoever! I was looking for the fastest possible system at the lowest possible price. In every way, this computer delivered. With the large amount of memory and the 1 TB solid state hard drive, this one screams.
I was planning to ditch Windows 10 and go to Linux, but it has worked so fast and smoothly in my case that I am happy with it now. However, this is ONLY after using "Spybot Antibeacon" to cut down on Microsoft's DOZENS of unacceptable built-in spy features, and using the app "Windows10 Debloater" to eliminate a very large amount of unnecessary Windows10 features. (Note: some technical knowledge is required to use this app). No, it does not have built-in wifi. Not a big deal. I just plugged in a USB wifi adapter and it works fine. I couldn't be happier with this PC, and I thank the refurbisher for a great job.

Had initial problem with first unit shipped, but the seller was extremely prompt in replacing it. Works perfectly. Honestly, it's a killer PC for home or office use at a VERY low cost. Remember, when buying refurbished pc's sometimes things can slip through, so, it's important to buy from a great seller like this one. It was so easy to deal with them, grt right to the solution and speak to live people who actually answer phones.

Was a bit skeptical about this product when I was buying it but decided to buy it because of the great reviews it had. Now I am one of those giving this 5 star rating because it deserves it. The specs the pc came with is exactly as it was listed. Windows booted and activated with no issues. Super fast PC and will highly recommend to anyone looking for desktop for home office.

Revision: I have had the computer for about three months now and it's perfect for my need. TekRefurb's customer service is outstanding. I wasn't sure how to hook up dual monitors, also had some older computers that I wanted to dispose of without sending them to the landfill. I called TekRefurb and BOB Dubich took great care of my questions. He explained how to set up the dual monitors and even gave me the needed cables and connectors at no charge. During the same trip, we dropped off the unneeded computers. I asked BOB about upgrading one of the computers to Windows 10 as I wanted to help a friend with internet access. BOB said he will get back to me. BOB has been cheerful, interested and informative even dealing with these small issues. TekRefurb's business model is very positive. Recycling older technology has obvious benefits, not the least of which is making information technology more affordable for everyone. Access to information is vital in today's world. Great buy & prompt Customer Service
I initially gave a 3 star review because my computer kept restarting after shutdown. I contacted customer service and was given a very simple solution that solved my problem. This computer came JUST AS ADVERTISED and worked like a charm for what I needed it to do. The price was reasonable and SJ COMPUTERS LLC got right back to me and solved the minor issue I had. I recommend them and I would definitely purchase from them again. Thank you SJ COMPUTERS LLC for your prompt response to my issue. I can't comment on gaming because I haven't used it for that yet.
Great computer for a great price!
Fast shipping! So far this computer works so much faster than my old computer. Needed to upgrade from windows 7 and did not want to spend too much. I love the small size of this desktop. The set up was quick and easy and the seller provided a USB wifi connector even though that was not included in the list of what the package contained so that was very nice. The keyboard and mouse provided are basic but good. I already have ones I use but will keep the ones provided as backup. Everything works great so far and I am very pleased. I should have upgraded months ago! use this computer to log on to my company’s cloud and run multiple programs at the same time and it is very quick.
great office machine, fast and stable
This refurbished machine came just like new, well packaged and wrapped in plastic. It works perfectly. No issues at all. Have been using it every day for office things: Word, web surfing, Microsoft Teams, maybe downloading a large thing or two, streaming to my TV, etc. I even used it while restoring my old files via CrashPlan and it barely lagged and never crashed. Compared to my newer ASUS tower (which cost about twice as much), this runs circles around it. Don't worry about the display port or the lack of a wifi card. I bought a USB3 wifi adapter for $23 and a display port to HDMI cable for $11. Simple and awesome
Excellent Refrub Machine
Though the PC is an older Dell model I received it in pristine condition. The inside of the case was immaculate. Cable management and placement of solid state drive and CD RW could be slight issue if they needed replacement but the system operates perfectly. Since, it is a small foot print this is understandable. Even though I received a Key for the operating system I did not need to enter it. After initial Microsoft jargon and setup the machine booted right up with no issues. Another plus was the operating system was Win10 Professional. Installed with 16GB of Ram and Intel I5 processor. The boot up with the 1 TB solid state drive is very quick.
Since, I am not using the particular machine for gaming I can't really comment on it's performance. As an everyday computing machine, e-mail, browsing and video playback is very good. For the price and performance the machine is a gem. The techs that refurbished this machine together and the company that hired them deserve kudos.
Great products & great customer service
This item works great, but it developed a problem just over 90 days from my purchase. Amazon ignored me (it was over 90 days) so I called TekRefurb customer service. Darnel (at customer service) was fantastic! He helped me out and I have a replacement on it's way.
My wife bought one, as well. Her's works great.
