Very pleased with this purchase. Decided I needed a modern PC for working from home, but didn't want to spend a fortune. This reurbished Dell was the perfect solution. Superfast with the SSD drive and tons of memory. With one minor exception, setup was super easy. (You'll probably want to setup using the included
wired keyboard and mouse... I tried setting up using my wireless Logitech keyboard/mouse combo, but Windows didn't recognize them, so couldn't navigate through Windows setup. Finally got smart and used the included hardware and suddenly everything started working... once it was done, switching over to the Logitech's was plug & play)

Super pleased with this computer
I was unable to update my Windows 7 computer and with the impending demise of support from MS, I started shopping for a replacement. A solid state drive sounded like a good bet but looked to be out of my price range until I happened upon this listing on Amazon earlier this month. The computer arrived a day earlier than originally promised which was a pleasant surprise. The included keyboard and mouse seem to be fairly low-end but function well. Set up was easy - just plug in the components and turn it on. A nice plus was the latest update to Windows was already installed. All I needed to do was turn on Windows Defender, download some additional browsers and Adobe PDF Reader and I was ready to rock and roll! The computer itself is quiet, works well and is fast. I like the fact that it has ample USB ports both front and back. If there is a downside, the only one would be the power cord is a tad short and could probably be rectified by swapping it out for another. So far I am really loving this machine!
Good computer, Great price
Been a good startup computer for my business. Did not have any problems getting the computer setup. It was really great that it had straight windows 10 no funky apps that come from some of the manufacturers like HP. The only thing this referb company did different was you got windows home instead of pro. Some of the other referb companies were offering Windows pro.
Great computer, great deal, great customer service
Computer is as described and works great. One word of caution: mine came with Windows 10 Home, which does not work with remote desktop app. Easy fix as seller is a licensed MS reseller and they will install Windows 10 Pro for modest additional fee. Or try to reaching out to them before you place order and I'm sure you can arrange to have computer upgraded to Windows 10 Pro before it ships.

Refurbished quality has come down a lot in the last several years. Fortunately what I received was done correctly. The computer is responsive and works like a brand new system plus is a nice quick start up from 6-14 seconds from off or standby and depending upon new OS upgrades or not. Much better than my old non SSD system that takes 1-2 minutes even with minimizing the start up software. Stick with at least 16gb ram and 480+gb SSD if you get a new system and it should last you 4-5 years for a regular non gamer. And yes, I would buy this from them again.

Product looks almost brand new, case is in execellent shape. Opened case up for internal inspection and I pleasantly surprised. Very clean and all components were securely installed. Set up was a breeze, connected to the internet (with an ethernet cord) it does come with a USB wifi adapter, but for the initial windows download and installation I figured wired connection would be less troublesome. After download was complete I set up Windows in about 15 mins. The desktop is very fast with the SSD, webpages load almost instantly, and running several apps at one time is no problem. Excellent value for money, perfect general use home computer with the capability to handle moderate online gaming.
