The case was in 100% perfect condition like it was brand new. I opened up the case to look at the components and they also show no sign of use. It's like this was a left over computer that was never used, perfect! I also like that it did not come with a bunch of bloatware like a typical new computer. With the Core
i7 @ 3.8GHz, 16GB DDR3, a 1TB SSD,
and Windows 10 Pro this was a fantastic value.

The computer was up and running a few minutes out of the box, and has been working for over a month since. The solid-state drive is sizable and quite fast. Considering that the refurbished unit costs a little over half of the retail version, this may be the best bargain I've purchased on Amazon. Purchase without fear.

It moves like the wind and works perfectly.
Had a minor problem and they responded immediately with sincerity and genuine kindness.
Turns out that the problem wasn’t theirs after all — my friend who’s a computer whiz repaired it easily — but their excellent response is greatly appreciated. I won’t hesitate to do business with them again.
Great Desktop and Great Price
Had this up and running in no time. Windows 10 booted up with no nonsense, and I was loading new software within minutes of pressing "on." I'm also pleasantly surprised with the small size and footprint of this unit -- takes up very little room. I highly recommend it. Just be aware you need to order one or two video adapters (about $6 each) if you want to plug in HDMI monitors.
Boots up Windows 10 in 30 seconds.
Looks brand new.
DVD drive seems a little flimsy but hasn't caused any problems so far.
The WI-FI is a cheap USB dongle also, but it also hasn't caused any problems.
Comes with a USB keyboard and USB mouse. I will probably switch these out at some point as I prefer Bluetooth devices without the cords. This will require adding Bluetooth capability but USB BT units are inexpensive these days.
Overall this is a great PC that's really fast.
Wouldn't know it was a "refurbished"!
Not a computer person, so had an IT person spec what I needed at my age, and was kind enough to set it up. He was very pleased that I got all that I needed for such a low price. I was also pleasantly pleased to find the CPU was so small!

GREAT Little Box
A much smaller and quieter box than my old PC that was acting up. And much faster than my old PC. Also, I was surprised that PCs prices have come down so much. The only CON I would give this PC is the way it listed WiFi. It was shipped with a tiny WiFi USB dongle that didn't work for me. I was thinking that WiFi was built into the box. That might have been my fault. Lucky for me my old USB WiFi antenna worked just fine. Overall I am very happy with this Dell computer.
