Man is this thing Fast. If you were to look at the most powerful new components on the market and then take just 1 step down you have this screaming machine. Why spend another $1500.00 to $3,00.00 just to get a 2% increase, no way man. Well unless you have enough cashola to routinely light your fires with money,
which I do not. I'm running 2019 COD Modern Warfare at well over 90 FPS on all Ultra settings, even while having programs running in the background.
I recommend.

2 weeks in, great machine. Don't be scared away by negative reviews.
So like most of you I saw the "this PC overheats" reviews and got a little weary. Decided to purchase it regardless thinking I could just modify the cooling system if need be.
Fast forward about two weeks of ownership. Love this computer. The heating problem you are reading about is almost certainly people setting this PC on the ground. The way the airflow works on this PC is intake on the bottom and exhaust on the top, so if you set it on the ground....it will probably overheat. I mounted mine to the bottom of my desk and no issues. I have run games like Valorant @ 350FPS for 12 hours straight and the highest I could get the GPU temp was 67C, usually sits around 55-60. This is nothing for a Nvidia, which can handle 70-80 for thousands of hours with ease. All around super fast, beautiful graphics and frame rates 300+ with a 240 hz monitor (Omen).
TL;DR This is a good PC and as long as you don't block the bottom and top of the unit, it will NOT overheat.
Great product; Horrible airflow
It's fast, and powerful. Definitely worth the money. However, I'd suggest you get a better case. This case comes with no intake! It has one exhaust fan in the back side (very small), and the liquid cooling fan for the CPU. I was editing a 6 minutes 4K video, and it was heating up around 86 degree C. The fan was also spinning very loud. I added another 32 GB of RAM to total up to 64 GB. All in all, it's a great PC with horrible airflow.
Perfect for flight simulation
I have the most power demanding flight simulator that I built this year. I was going to build my own computer until I saw this unit. It has all of the components that I wanted and the price was fantastic. I have read a lot of reviews about heat problems and I have not experienced any. I use X-Plane for the simulator platform and I can adjust my settings to all maximum. Being concerned about overheating, I remedied that ahead of time by raising my computer at least 3 inches from the floor and placing an external 120mm ($12.00) fan under it. My CPU and GPU really stays at normal temperatures and I am running (3) 43" TV monitors and a 27" touchscreen for air manager. If you are a flight simmer...rest assured, this is the perfect setup for you.
Can't give a review on tech support as I have had no problems.
Compelling Value
This product had mixed reviews in my opinion, so I thought I would break it down for newbies. First, to clarify, the CPU is water cooled not the graphics card. I don’t play Fortnite and the like, so no issues there. I upgraded in preparation for Diablo 4, which isn’t all that resource intensive. I read updating bios would help overheating issue. Checked bios upon arrival (F.11 5/10/19) and HP center said no update required. I have not experienced loud fan noises at this point, but have not taxed the graphics card either. Bought this on cyber Monday which offered a compelling price. Well worth the money at $1650 considering the graphics card is 700 and the i9 is about 500. I posted photos of the back since people might be interested in the hookups. Everyone else has pictures of front/ side so check those out. Side note: you can independently control the colors of the logo and the lighting inside the chassis. Overall this PC is blazing fast, and if you’re not a hard core gamer, you will have no issues with this build.
Outstanding performance, amazing aesthetics and zero cooling issues
Extremely happy with this purchase. Runs like a dream. Try finding similar specs on a pre-built system at this price point. Also the photos don't do the case and LED lighting justice. Zero issues with overheating even after extended play sessions. I did elevate the case about 1.5 inches to facilitate airflow just as a precaution.
