Great deal. Arrived early and as described. Couldn't tell that it was refurbished and payed 1/3 of what I would have paid for similar specs in a new computer. Only complaint is that the mouse was crushed in the box, but I wasn't planning on using it anyway. The best part was it came with a CLEAN installation of
Windows. No junkware that usually comes preinstalled on HP computers was included.

Very basic equipment but so much faster and more capacity than my old desktop. Low quality mouse and keyboard included but I didn't need those (gave to charity) and am using my original mouse and keyboard. Hardest thing was transferring all my data and programs but that would be the same for any replacement computer. Good price.
Excellent Choice for Us
We had some concern ordering from a company that we were unfamiliar with (MicroBee). The computer arrived as promised and took a while to complete all software updates. We hit a snag and had to call MicroBee customer service. After speaking with a real person (a pleasant surprise!) all issues were resolved. Overall, excellent machine, excellent customer service. Would buy from them again and do recommend others consider this option.

I was skeptical ordering an refurb product, but this PC is awesome! Everything as described & spec'ed, and arrived earlier than expected. Good, simple protective packaging, and the computer worked great on the first boot. And best of all, amazing value for the money.
Slight uncertainty overcome!
I was uncertain about purchasing a refurbished computer. I had never done it previously. However, I have been highly impressed so far, in the month that I have been using it, with the unit that I purchased. It performs well. Very impressed with the company and with what I got for my money.
