I am a computer design engineer of 40 years, and worked for Dell, IBM and others. This system is very well made. The refurb is well executed, with a clean new release windows install (no bloatware either) and includes a recovery partition. The CPU has more than enough power to run my app, which is Blue Iris
security software which continuously records 6 cameras. App reports it is running at 20% CPU. Adequately packaged, includes a short power cable, and an el-cheapo keyboard and mouse in case you don't have one already. Barely a mark on my system, and totally free of dust etc. Runs pretty quiet too. A custom and complex mechanical and cable arrangement for disk drives, I need to spend some time to figure out how to add additional drives. My unit sold by SKYTECH USA LLC.

Great desktop at bargain price
After reading numerous good reviews on Stallion Tek Certified, I decided to order this rebuilt HP to replace my old Dell desktop. Upon arrival, I noticed the excellent packing to prevent shipping damage and it appeared to be brand new with no scratches or other damage. Based on a slight fresh paint odor, I assume they might have touched up the case as part of their rebuild process. That didn’t matter to me as the real concern was how it performed. Upon initial startup, Windows 10 went through the normal new install just fine. When it came time to connect to the internet, Windows didn’t recognize an IP address from my internet provider. However, after rebooting my router and the new desktop, it recognized the IP address and finished the install. Over the past several days, I have had an opportunity to use the new computer and realize how much faster it is. This HP is extremely fast booting up, surfing the web and performing spreadsheet applications. I downloaded the free Open Office application that I had previously been using and I am very pleased with how much faster it runs on this HP.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Stallion Teks rebuild and would strongly recommend them! For my daily use of web surfing and using office applications, this was a tremendous bargain.
(Note there are other rebuilders selling this same model on Amazon. I would suggest considering Stallion Tek for your purchase. I have no affiliation with this company nor had I ever purchased from them before)
