Looks like new
The seller for this iMac was "All Out Apple," so this review pertains to the seller refurbished iMac from them. I've never seen anything packaged as well as this iMac was. There is no way it could ever be damaged in shipping given this excellent packaging. It would be difficult to tell this was not a new iMac. There is one minuscule nick on the top rear edge of the keyboard; that was the only indication it wasn't new. The keyboard and mouse are wired, but they are genuine Apple. I really like the quality feel of the keyboard. I don't know what I was expecting, but the screen seems huge compared to my last PC desktop. I was able to upgrade to the latest macOS after it arrived, and today, several weeks later, I just upgraded to macOS Monterey. I'm not finding it particularly slow. It is a little slower than my latest iPad, but I'm fine with the speed with which it does what it does. I can't speak for this machine seller refurbished from other sellers, but I would highly recommend this refurbished machine from "All Out Apple."
I don't think I will ever go back to Windows
Hands Down iMacs can't be compare to any other Desktops out there. The user friendly interface makes the iMac a breeze the navigate and browse anything. The sound on the iMac is what I like the most. Buying an iMac was always a struggle due to the price. But ever since I found out Amazon sells this certified refurbished Apple products. I jumped on it and I was shocked about the price for the quality. Highly recommend. It does come with a USB Keyboard and Mouse, which I'm glad because I can't stand wireless mouse.
Excellent value
This is my first Mac and decided to jump in but wasn’t ready to pay the new prices. Excellent value. Monitor, keyboard, and mouse was as described. I was pleasantly surprised how good of shape it was in when unboxing it. Just a couple of very minor nicks on the edge of the monitor but not a big deal. Everything is working flawlessly and I have gotten all the current updates. Currently running Big Sur. Computer runs fast, looks amazing, and I’m very happy with it. Don’t be afraid to buy it.
