Great support for an excellent computer!
I've had my Dell Optiplex 9020 since early June and have been very happy with it. I had a problem with the DVD player (would not open). I called TekRefurbs & was talking with a friendly human being. He had me check a couple of things. He determined it was broken & would ship me a replacement within 48 hrs.
Received the replacement well within 48 hrs. Again I called TekRefurbs for tech assist & was Talking to a very friendly rep. He was very helpful & solved my problem. Can't say enough about their support!

 Works as advertised
It arrived on time and is as advertised. The inside is extremely clean and looks brand new. The cooling fins on the CPU are also like new and it shows no sign of being a refurbished computer.
It has the I7 processor, and 16Gb ram, and I set up 2 monitors in the DisplayPort plugs and it runs great!
After running MS update several times to make the OS current, I installed Seti at Home and stressed it at 100% CPU for a day. The main fan kicked up to high speed a few times, but other than that it is very quiet.
It is very fast and I am very happy with it and it's performance.
